Fleetwood U16s notch up another Blacksticks Blue win with an impressive first half performance away to Rossendale.

Fleetwood were on the score board within a minute, with a try straight from the kick off. Unsettled Rossendale lost organisation and confidence and Fleet touched down another 4 tries before half time to go into the break with a 31 point lead.

The Rossedale team talk had impact and the teams were more evenly match in the second period with both sides scoring twice each to give a final score of 12 – 45.

Winning is becoming a good habit for the U16s.
