Senior Pre-season training

Pre-season preparations commence in earnest on Tuesday 3rd July again 7pm start.

Sessions will be Tuesday and Thursday at the club throughout summer starting at 7pm with a range of different fitness sessions already planned.

Hope to see everyone back and raring to go! Need good numbers during pre-season as we hope to still run 3 teams but that will obviously depend on numbers.
